Interior Inspection

Vacant property inspections are conducted following the initial inspection and securing of the property. After an Initial Inspection, the Mortgagee should inspect a vacant or abandoned property every 25 to 35 days, or more frequently as prescribed by local variations, to determine whether additional preservation and protection measures are required. The condition of vacant properties should be assessed from both the interior and exterior.
